Tournament Conditions (read carefully before entering):

 Eligibility: Players who have won any IBSF, Oceania, Australian (exceptions apply), NSW or other State Snooker Championship are ineligible. Past winners of this particular Championship are ineligible as are past winners of similar inter-state ‘minor’ Snooker Championships;

 As this event is a State Championship all entrants are required to: (i) comply with NSW residency criteria; i.e. must be a NSW resident and have been permanently domiciled in the State of NSW for a minimum period of six (6) months immediately prior to this event; (ii) ) not have previously competed in another State’s Championship of the same discipline (i.e. snooker) in the same calendar year;

 The Championship will be played subject to the Rules of Snooker as prescribed by WPBSA.

 ABSC Playing Conditions and all matters pertaining to Player’s Code of Conduct and Ethics will also be adhered to. Any breach of such rules or non-adherence to standard etiquette may result in disciplinary action being taken against the offenders.

 NOTE: No players or referees are permitted to smoke or consume alcohol whilst involved in playing or refereeing a game – unless during an official session break.

 Tournament standard dress is required: Tailored trousers, long sleeve predominately plain coloured shirt buttoned at the wrist, Bow Tie, socks, dark colour dress shoes must be worn for all matches. Waist Coat is required for Sunday matches. Failure to comply with these conditions will result in forfeiture of the game.

 Completed entry form and entry fee will be required before any player is permitted to compete. Or online entry  Format:straight knock-out, random draw, no seedings. All preliminary games will be best of five (5) frames; Final best of seven (7) frames. Prize money subject to entries and sponsorship.

 Losing players need to referee the following match. Only if a Referee available a $30 fee applies.
