Snooker and Billiards NSW is a non for profit sporting organisation that relies on the membership of the Snooker and Billiards community of NSW. If you are a player, supporter or a Club in NSW, we look forward to receiving your membership.
Snooker and Billiards NSW is a non-for-profit sporting association responsible for the governance of snooker and billiards in the state of NSW. Any revenues generated each year are either through membership, sponsorship, donations or from management of tournaments and events. With the adoption of the new constitution we now have a number of categories for membership. These include: Individual Members; Life Members; Junior Members; Clubs; Private Clubs; Regional Associations; Affiliate Members; and Social Members. More details on membership categories can be found in section 4 of the Constitution. All applications for membership are subject to approval by the Board.
Please note that following the adoption of the constitution, our financial and therefore membership year runs from the 1st of July through to the 30th of June each year. If you are currently financial, your membership will not be due until the 1st of July.

Annual SBNSW Referee Membership: 1st July - 30th June
Concessional Annual Fee for Referees: $0.00
All certified Referees are required to maintain membership of their respective State Association to comply with Constitutional and Member Protection requirements. This is separate, and in addition to, their annual registration with the ABSC’s National Referee accreditation system, which operates on a calendar year basis (1st January – 31st December).
SBNSW acknowledges the important role of the Referee by providing a special concessional membership ($0). Please click on the PURCHASE link below to complete and submit your details.
NOTE : Payment of the appropriate full membership fee is required for NSW Referees who also wish to play in official tournaments, or be elected or appointed to any position with SBNSW Inc. Please attend to this via the usual membership options available via the STORE menu.

Online Exposure: Members are entitled to have their Club/Association information listed on our website. We will also showcase information about upcoming tournaments and events on our website & social media channels, ensuring your presence is visible to a broader audience.
Development Opportunities: Enjoy access to coaching and referee clinics for your members, providing opportunities for continuous skill development and improvement.
Active Representation: Club or Association Members can each nominate two Delegates to attend, speak & vote at General Meetings on your behalf, ensuring your voice is heard and your interests are protected.
Keeping You Informed: We strive to keep you in the know by periodically sharing opportunities that may include government grants for sporting clubs or associations. As a Club or Association Member of Snooker & Billiards NSW, you'll have access to these potential funding sources, which can further support your club's development and growth.
