Mental wellbeing is just as important as physical performance - and it's something that affects everyone, on and off the table.

Snooker & Billiards NSW is committed to promoting a safe, inclusive and supportive sporting environment for players, coaches, officials, volunteers, and families. We encourage all members to look after themselves and check in with those around them. Creating a positive culture in sport starts with looking after our people.

While snooker and billiards offer focus, connection and enjoyment, the competitive nature of the game - or challenges outside the sport - can sometimes impact our mental health. It’s not always easy to see when someone is struggling, but we all have a role to play in creating a supportive environment.

By being aware, checking in, and speaking openly, we can help reduce stigma and support one another - on and off the table.
