Snooker and Billiards NSW is currently focusing on accrediting members to become ABSC Level 1 Accredited coaches in return for voluntary hours delivering the WPBSA 'White to Black' Development Program to juniors.
Snooker and Billiards NSW aim is to provide a safe, inclusive learning environment via a structured systematic coaching programme to students of the game of snooker to various levels of competence in line with their ability. It is recommended that students begin at the introductory 'white' level and progress to the more advanced 'black' level where possible. It is hoped that in the near future a Billiards component will be added to the programme.
If this model is successful we will look to implement this program to all levels of our membership but admittedly our current focus is on growing grass roots (junior) snooker.
* Snooker and Billiards NSW members looking for coaching outside of this program can still contact any of our accredited coaches listed below, alternatively anyone seeking to become an accredited coach for business can contact the ABSC direct via http://absc.com.au/contact-us.aspx
