de Haan Cup U15 Snooker Tournament
First of a series of junior tournaments during 2024.
**First Tournament Details:**
Date: Saturday 3rd Feb 2024
Time: Start - 10:30am (Arrive by 10am), Finish - 6pm (approx.)
Location: Hornsby RSL Club
Sponsored by: The Snooker Shop
This initiative aims to fill the gap in providing frequent opportunities for junior snooker players outside the yearly State or National Tournaments. This series promises a thrilling platform for our young snooker enthusiasts.
**Event Highlights:**
Tournament Director: Andy de Haan
Age Criteria: U15 for ages 10+ (as long as they haven’t turned 15 by the tournament date)
Dress Code: Long trousers with a polo shirt (sponsored and supplied by The Snooker Shop)
**Tournament Format:**
Group Round Robin Format
Top player from each group advances to the main semi-final draw
2nd place in each group advances to the repechage semi-final draw
Timed Games: 6 reds for round-robin stage, 10 reds for semi-finals, 15 reds for the final
**Entry Details:**
No entry fee
Trophies supplied by The Snooker Shop for all semi-finalists, runners-up, and winners of both main cup and repechage cup.

Mingara Challenge (Handicap Snooker Tournament)
WHEN : To be held on Saturday 3rd & Sunday 4th February 2024.
WHERE : Mingara Recreation Club, Mingara Drive, Tumbi Umbi NSW
STARTING TIME : Games commence 9.00 a.m. SHARP on both Saturday & Sunday
ENTRY FEE : $45.00 per player (Max 46 Runners)

Mingara Double Trouble
WHEN: To be held on Saturday 7 th & Sunday 8 th October 2023
WHERE: Mingara Recreation Club, Mingara Drive, Tumbi Umbi NSW
STARTING TIME: Play will commence at 8:30a.m. SHARP on both days
ENTRY FEE: $70.00 per nominated pair. Max Teams 40 - pick their own partners
ENTRIES CLOSE: Nominations close at 9.00pm on Sunday 1 st October 2023.

Club Marconi South Pacific Open Snooker
Please note due to reaching capacity (71 entries), we had closed off ability to enter the South Pacific online early. However we were still taking entries offline subject to people’s availability to play earlier matches on the Friday.
Please be advised we have now stopped taking any further offline entries due to numbers reaching closing to 90 entries, Snooker and Billiards NSW will be reviewing options for extending play in 2024 to accommodate rising numbers.
