Dates: Saturday, October 31st – Sunday, November 1st, 2026  

Venue: Mingara Recreation Club, Mingara Dr, Tumbi Umbi  

Format: Saturday features preliminary round-robin groups (single frame, black ball must be potted or fouled to end), moving to a Top 16 knockout on Sunday (best of 3 frames, grand final best of 5).  

Prize Pool: $3,240 total pool (with $1,000 for the winning team, subject to maximum entries).  

Entries Close: 9:00 PM on Monday, October 26th, 2026.  

Entry Fee: $80.00 per team (maximum 40 teams).
