Expressions of Interest - Interim Coaching Courses

We’re inviting expressions of interest for our upcoming Interim Coaching Courses, created to help kickstart the Junior Hub program in clubs across NSW.

This course offers a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about the sport and want to support the next generation of players by getting involved in junior coaching.

About the Course

The Interim Coaching Course is based on key elements of the WPBSA Level 1 program and will cover:

  • Coaching responsibilities and behaviour

  • Practical demonstrations of core techniques including stance, grip, bridge, and cue delivery

  • Instruction on delivering the White to Black junior development program, focusing on teaching white to green ball progression

To attend, you must hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC). Visit Service NSW for more info, or to apply.

This course is free, and would provide interim accreditation for 6 months - at which time a full WPBSA White to Black Course will be available for those wishing to progress their experience and credentials.

Next Steps

Based on responses, we’ll organise coaching course days as soon as possible in locations where interest is highest. Course will be 1 day each.

How to Register Interest

If you’re keen to get involved and help shape the future of the sport, please complete the form below by 31 May.

We’re excited to build a team of new coaches to help inspire and guide young players across NSW!
