This year’s State titles were again held at BLACKTOWN WORKERS CLUB. Vinnie Calabrese has defeated Brett Watson in the final to win his second State Snooker Championship.

This year’s NSW STATE 6 Red Minors was held at Blacktown Workers Club for the second time, Blacktown will host this event for at least another year. Congratulations to Chris Todd who took the Title defeating Terry Emmett 5-2.

The State Minor Snooker was again played at Toukley RSL on the central coast. This is the second year of 3 year deal for the Women’s & Men’s Minor Snooker. Toukley is a great location for a weekend away and some competitive snooker.

This is the 6th year the Masters has been held at Club Marconi. Marconi is the home of the NSW Masters, and the players arrived to see a newly renovated Snooker Room. Club Marconi is very proud to hold this event and be one of our biggest supporters. The club now boasts one of the best Snooker Rooms in Sydney.

The 2016 NSW State Doubles were again held at Club Marconi. Club Marconi is one of our major venues for snooker and the snooker club contribute more than a lot to our sport, particularly Jim Ruisi and Vic Sacco, their ongoing support is extremely valuable.

Shaun Dalitz from NSW has taken out the First National Ranking Tournament of the Season, the 2016 Club Marconi and Your Financial Freedom South Pacific Snooker Open defeating the current ABSC National Champion James Mifsud 4-3 in the Final.

This year’s Championships were again held at Club Marconi for the second time, on the 27th & 28th August, the club has fantastic facilities and one of the best Snooker Rooms in Sydney.

This year’s titles were again held at BLACKTOWN WORKERS CLUB. Roger Farebrother has defeated Richard Peric in the final and made it 3 in a row, defending his title he has so brilliantly won for the last two years.

This is the 5 th year the Masters has been held at Club Marconi; Marconi is the home of the NSW Masters. The Beautiful NSW Masters Shield (Donated by Gary & Ronda Knight) had only 2 names on the trophy until this year, Joe Minici and Roger Farebrother.

This year marked the 10 year anniversary of the South Pacific Open Snooker after it was initiated by the NSW Billiards and Snooker Association in 2006. For the first 3 years the event was known by many as ‘Chilli’ due to a sponsorship deal at the time. 

This year’s 6 Red Snooker Championships were held at Club Marconi for the first time, on the 29/30 August. The club has fantastic facilities and one of the best Snooker Rooms in Sydney.

This year’s titles were again held at BLACKTOWN WORKERS CLUB. Roger Farebrother has successfully defended the title with a brilliant all round display of potting, break building, tactics and safety play, and just a general never say never commitment to the way he plays. 

Terry had a battle against Allan House and Ronnie had a fight against Peter Kerr both coming through 3-2 in the Semi’s to meet in the final.

The 2015 Australian Masters Snooker Championship was successfully staged at Mingara Recreation Club from 30th April – 3rd May. 

The minors were on again at Toukley RSL on the central coast, a great location for a weekend away and a game of snooker. The club is very comfortable and friendly and of course has excellent facilities.

This years 6 red minors was again held at Bexley Rsl, congratulations to Michael Hough who took the title from David Liu.

This was the 4th year the Masters has been held at Club Marconi, so far only 2 names on the trophy, (despite Shawn Budd now qualifying as a master), this year’s winner Joe Minici and Roger Farebrother have now won 2 titles each.
